Insanity and Weirdness; The ingredients to be a success
I was at a pitching event, watching young entrepreneurs pitch their ideas and businesses, and during the Q&A session, the Guest of honor who happens to be a successful entrepreneur was asked, "What do we need to be successful entrepreneurs?", His answer took me by surprise and I was bewildered. His answer was, "To be successful in anything, we need to be insane and weird about what we do". After a while, I started getting all what He meant when He said that. Insanity in a good way(not insanity like a mad or mentally retarded person haha) is actually great. If you have a dream or a passion or a mind blowing idea that you want to embark on, you need to be insane about it. You need to love it, own it, work tirelessly towards achieving it.
